INTEGRATED REHABILITATION CENTRE FOR ADDICTS

The Integrated Rehabilitation Centre for Addicts aims at providing complete services which are essential for a person’s recovery from Drug and alcoholic addiction. The high prevalence of alcoholism in the rural areas of Rayalseema region of Andhra Pradesh is a major need behind this establishment. Bringing out the alcoholics and other drug users into clean lines thereby improving the socio economic status of their families is another major focus of this establishment. 

The center is functioning with establishment at Papanaidupetin ChittoorDistrict, Andhra Pradesh, and is engaged in

  • Creating awareness about the ill-effects of substance abuse to the individual, the family, at the workplace  and the society at large

  • Alleviating the consequences of drug and alcohol dependence amongst the individual, the family and society

  • Providing a range of community based services for the identification, motivation, detoxification, counselling, after care and rehabilitation of drug users.
