FAMILY WELFARE CENTRE

 

The objective of the Family Counseling Centre (FCC) is to deal with life’s challenges, support children and families, end the cycle of violence, assist people with special needs, provide counseling services to the needy people.

Under the FCC, counseling, referral and rehabilitative services are provided to the needy particularly to women victims who are in moral danger within the family or society at large including those affected by disputes, marital discord or maladjustment is provided.

During the year 2016-17, the centre has handled as many as 198 cases coupled with varied disputes as summarized below:
