CHILD SPONSORSHIP

Initiated in the year 1984 with the support of ChildFund India (Previously Christian Children’s Fund), the programme is aimed at Health, Education and Livelihood betterment to the target with the following interventions:–

To Support the deprived, excluded and vulnerable children to come out of thier deprivation, vulnerability and exclusion.
To initiate the age appropriate interventions for the wellbeing of the children of different age groups.
To cooperate and collaborate with other developmental agencies and departments in order to reach the gaps in the existing child related development programs.
To enable the poor and marginalized families to cope up with the emergencies by giving appropriate inputs and interventions.
To enable the capacities of the community based organisations (CBOs) in order to promote the sustainability of the project interventions.
To initiate bottom of planning by promoting appropriate capacities and capabilities of the local communities.

Similar Project has been initiated at Chennai, Tamil Nadu in the year 2016 to extend the benefits to 570 more children.
